Q Select a company you have worked for or research a publicly traded company and share the SWOT that you see impacts this company. What seems to work well for this company, and what doesn’t work?
I have been working in the private security sector for over 25 years as an Area Vice President. In my organization, the major strength is that it is the one of the most popular and the one of the largest private security sector organizations in the United States of America. This means that the American citizens trust our organization and completely rely on our services. Another strength is that our organization has been efficient in resolving several mysterious cases regarding theft and burglary and other criminal acts in the private sector. Though there have been some failures, our organization’s record has been quite immaculate and better than most other private security sector organizations in America.
